The gorgeous main living area features a chef’s kitchen with a double oven, built-in microwave, granite countertops, and a 6-burner stove, and a beautiful living room with cathedral ceiling accented by a stone wood-burning fireplace. Soak in the spectacular views whether inside or on the spacious deck, where you will find a convenient gas grill. A separate formal dining room provides additional space, and a half bath is available for convenience.
Heading upstairs you'll find a luxurious master suite with a private deck, a gas fireplace, a king-sized bed, a TV, a walk-in closet, an opulent bathroom with double sinks, a jetted tub, a separate shower, and a toilet area. Two additional bedrooms with queen beds and private bathrooms ensure optimal comfort and privacy.
The lowest level of the home features more living space, with a TV area accented by a cozy gas fireplace, a shuffleboard (and coming soon, a foosball table). 2 additional bedrooms on this level accommodate guests in a queen bed, and a Twin/Full and Twin bed setup, respectively. A bathroom is available on this level, as well.
This home also features a private hot tub located on the lower level deck, heated floors, and a generator to keep the lights on. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. No other pets are allowed.Please Note: This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly area of the resort. Our neighbors, guests, and homeowners association value the majestic and peaceful nature of their community. This home is not the correct setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All associate rules, especially strict parking limitations (2-car max in driveway, 1-car in the garage, no on-street parking) and quiet hours (10 PM - 8 AM) must be followed. Additional association rules prohibit RVs, trailers, snowmobiles, and off-road vehicles. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without a refund. This home does not have AC. Our climate is mild and AC is generally not needed, especially during the nighttime hours. Fans are provided for your comfort. There is an outdoor hot tub, but it is currently inoperable.

-Check-in: Any time after 4 PM; Check-out: 11 am. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100/hr fee.
-Parking Limit: 2 Vehicles in driveway, 1 in garage. Overflow parking is available nearby. Please contact Bretton Woods Vacations if you have any questions. A $300/vehicle/day fine will apply to any illegally parked vehicles. Video monitoring in use.
- No Unauthorized Guests or Pets: Guest and pet count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Absolutely NO PARTIES without express authorization. The pet fee for pet-friendly units ($100/pet per stay) is not included in Airbnb quotes.
-Quiet Hours: From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., please keep noise to a minimum. During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others, and never leave a barking dog unattended! No fireworks on the property. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules.
-No smoking inside the unit; $250 fee for violation.
-We are in Bear Country! No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; $100 fee for violations.
-Exterior monitoring in place. The video camera points at the driveway.
-We have relaxed our cancellation policies. However, please note that there will be no exception to these policies, for no reason, no matter what the circumstances. Travel insurance is available on our website and from a variety of other sources; it is the traveler's responsibility to decide whether to protect their purchase or not. Due to contractual obligations with property owners, we will not be able to make any exceptions under any circumstances.
-Our homes are in rural locations in the North Country. We live in a beautiful environment surrounded by pristine natural habitats and share this land with a variety of animals. We do our best to ensure a proper balance between pest control and health concerns and appreciate your patience if a critter finds its way in. Our team is always available to come take care of it. To help prevent issues, please refrain from leaving doors propped open and avoid leaving food in open spaces which could attract rodents and/or insects.
- Rates are based on standard occupancy of 2 guests per bedroom. Additional guests, if allowed in the specific property, incur a $25/per person nightly surcharge.
